CONSULTATIONS & TASTINGS:
Any consultations & tasting are subject to a $50 per hour per chef rate. This fee is applicable toward the cost of your event should you choose to use Enzo's Catering
MENU SELECTIONS:
Enzo's Catering and it's representatives will do everything in there power to give the best pricing & menu selections possible. Our consultants are available to help you coordinate every detail from catering to party rentals to beverage service to entertainment. For this reason a 20% service fee is added to every party. The 20% service fee is not a gratuity. Gratuity is optional
BOOKING:
Upon booking your event a signed Catering Policies page as well as a signed Catering Contract is required
A credit card number is required to hold any date
A 20% deposit based on original estimate is required to hold any date, the remaining 80% balance based on final invoice is due 5 business days prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS
If the event is booked with less then 1 month (30 days) a 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold any date
For parties booked less then 1 week prior to event a $2. per person charge is added to any menu selected
All prices will be subject to a 6% sales tax
STAFF:
Chef charges are $30 per chef per hour with a five hour minimum including set up & tear down. In the event the chef runs over the five hour time frame quoted the additional fee of $30. per chef per hour will be charge to the credit card number we have on file
Server charges are $20 per server per hour with a five hour minimum including set up & tear down. In the event the server runs over the five hour time frame quoted the additional fee of $20. per server per hour will be charge to the credit card number we have on file
Bartender charges are $75 per bartender for the first two hours & $25 per per bartender per hour thereafter. A minimum of five hours is required, this time frame includes set up & tear down times. In the event the bartender runs over the five hour time frame quoted the additional fee of $25. per bartender per hour will be charge to the credit card number we have on file
PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT:
A Representative of Enzo's Catering will call 2 weeks prior to your event, at that time we will need

Menu changes cannot be made after the two week cut off period
The the final guest count can not go lower then number given at the two week cut off period
EVENT DAY:
Enzo's Catering will accommodate the number of people confirmed with us as finals numbers. If more people show up you will be charged accordingly. In the case a guest count exceeds the final count given, Enzo's Catering will not be held responsible for food shortages.
Enzo's Catering will arrive approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to the event, at that time "The Client" is required to provide 3 - 8' banquet tables for the food display
Enzo's Catering follows laws in accordance with the Health Department's regulations, food can not be left out longer then 2 hours, no exceptions. If the food is needed longer, any uneaten food with be removed and refreshed at an additional charge
For all BBQ menus of 100 people or less a $90 grill charge will be added
For All Pig Roasts pf 100 people or less a $150 grill charge will be added
BEVERAGE SERVICE:
Upon arrival "The Client" is required to provide 2 - 8' banquet tables for the bar service
Enzo's Catering respects and adheres to all laws of Michigan
Enzo's Catering will not violate any laws or regulations
CANCELLATIONS:
In the unfortunate event a cancellation should occur, the deposit is forfeited
DELIVERIES:
All deliveries will be assessed a 6% sales tax & $35 delivery fee
Deliveries will be required to have 2- 8' banquet tables with linen set up prior to delivery time
Chafers, Serving Utensils, Disposable Plates, Silverware & Napkins are available at an extra charge
